Mission Lazarus

I had the wonderful opportunity to travel to the Choluteca region of Honduras to volunteer at Mission Lazarus (honduras.missionlazarus.org). Mission Lazarus is focused on enriching mind, body, & soul through educational, medical, agricultural, and spiritual outreaches. Their 1,250 acre ranch provides a home, love, care, and an education for children who have suffered greatly in their battle against poverty.

While there, our team built a home for a family in need, distributed rice & beans to families in the refuge, and provided activities to children. I’m so thankful that I could be a part of this wonderful mission!
